Delicious Pineapple & Boozy Baked Oats recipe!

I have just found this delicious sounding recipe by Angela Liddon, that I will certainly be trying out for a late breakfast on our holiday next week.
I will use Oatly in place of almond milk and Agave in place of maple syrup (we even have a tot of Fairtrade Rum at home for the optional ‘boozy’ bit!) mouth-wateringly good, and just scrummy.
